Do you offer same day delivery?
YES, we offer same day delivery on all orders placed before 3pm. You can select your preferred delivery date on the product page.
Do you offer refund?
We do offer refund if the delivered bouquet is wilted or damaged. As flowers are seasonal, we do not guarantee the bouquet to look 100% like the photos, but we do guarantee that you will be in love with it ;)

How much you charge for delivery?
The shipping cost is calculated based on the distance and we offer delivery to up to 20km from our store which covers the whole Melbourne region. We are currently unable to offer free delivery for local deliveries due to increased fuel prices ;(
Can I add a gift card?
YESSSS, You can write a FREE gift card message and we will text them your message with the most beautiful presentation right at the same time of handing them the flowers. You can also send them video message for just $1.9. They will fall for you....
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, at Freshtory you can ship to up to 10 addresses at the same time. Just add the product to your cart and then you can add multiple addresses on the cart page. The shipping costs will be calculated automatically.
